3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance by ManBoostPill.
Once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. Please ensure that all shipping, product, and personal information is accurate prior to completing payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to:
Orders that cannot be verified.
Orders that appear to be fraudulent.
Orders shipped to regions where the sale of the product is restricted.
4. Pricing and Payment
All product prices on ManBoostPill are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are inclusive of all applicable fees, and customers will not be required to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges.
Prices for our products may change at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee price stability and will not provide advance notification of increases or discounts. By placing an order, you agree to the price at the time of purchase.
We currently only accept payment via cryptocurrency, specifically Tether (USDT) transfers. You are required to send the exact USDT amount equivalent to the product price at the time of checkout.
All transaction fees, exchange rate differences, gas fees, or network costs are charged by the cryptocurrency exchange or blockchain network and are not controlled or reimbursed by ManBoostPill. The full and correct USDT amount must be received by us to process your order.
In the event of pricing errors, ManBoostPill reserves the right to cancel or adjust any affected orders with prior notification.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, customs processes, or public holidays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations applicable in your country.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with legal regulations, the U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Customs have the authority to block, destroy, or detain packages. While we stand by the quality of our products, our responsibility is limited to offering either a timely reshipment or a full refund.
If your package has been held at U.S. Customs for more than three weeks, it qualifies for our reshipment policy. In such cases, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund—your choice. If the second shipment also fails to reach you, we will proceed with a full refund.
A full refund or a free reshipment will also be provided in the following situations:
- Address Entry Error by Us: If the item cannot be delivered due to an address error made by us during order processing.
- Incorrect Item Sent: If we ship the wrong item and the customer receives a product they did not order.
Please note:
- Customer-Provided Address Errors: If the delivery issue results from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
- Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries: If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or does not claim the package without valid justification, a refund will not be issued.
- Post-Delivery Loss or Damage: Once a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are no longer liable for it. Any theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery is the responsibility of the customer. These situations are not eligible for a refund or free reshipment.
We kindly ask for your understanding that requests for full refunds, returns, exchanges, or free reshipments that fall outside of the conditions listed above cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and stored during the checkout process.
8. Limitation of Liability
ManBoostPill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with product usage or delivery delays.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
