Although we strive to prevent situations requiring refunds, returns, or order cancellations, we understand that circumstances may arise necessitating such actions.

Cancellation Conditions

Here are the scenarios where our refund and cancellation policy applies:

  • Limitation on available purchase quantities
  • Handling of disputes and complaints
  • Stock unavailability
  • Customer-initiated cancellations
  • Non-receipt of payment

Please note that cancellations cannot be processed if your order has been shipped from our side.

Delivery Waiting Time

Please allow us 2-9 business days from the shipment date.

If, after this period, your order has not been received or if you have received notification of a hold or return, kindly contact us for immediate assistance.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement

In accordance with legal regulations, the U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Customs have the authority to block, destroy, or detain packages. While we stand by the quality of our products, our responsibility is limited to offering either a timely reshipment or a full refund.

If your package has been held at U.S. Customs for more than three weeks, it qualifies for our reshipment policy. In such cases, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund—your choice. If the second shipment also fails to reach you, we will proceed with a full refund.

A full refund or a free reshipment will also be provided in the following situations:
1. Address Entry Error by Us: If the item cannot be delivered due to an address error made by us during order processing.
2. Incorrect Item Sent: If we ship the wrong item and the customer receives a product they did not order.

Please note:
– Customer-Provided Address Errors: If the delivery issue results from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
– Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries: If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or does not claim the package without valid justification, a refund will not be issued.
– Post-Delivery Loss or Damage: Once a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are no longer liable for it. Any theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery is the responsibility of the customer. These situations are not eligible for a refund or free reshipment.

We kindly ask for your understanding that requests for full refunds, returns, exchanges, or free reshipments that fall outside of the conditions listed above cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I request a return?

If you have not received your package within three weeks, please contact us immediately at admin@manboostpill.com. We will help track your shipment or arrange a second shipment or a full refund according to your preference.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Can I get a refund if I’ve used part of the product and feel it’s ineffective?

Unfortunately, such situations do not qualify for a return or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the refund process?

After review, your funds will be refunded to the same cryptocurrency wallet used for payment. Any associated transfer fees will be covered by us.
